Gbawe has a very youthful demography with 45% of its entire population being 15-35 years of age and 65% of this total youth population within the employment age. Over the years, the youth of Ghana have contended with a series of challenges, key among which are the lack of market demand driven skills and high unemployment levels.
PAAJAF believes that youth can be community upward changing agents if they were equipped with the necessary skills to play this role. From offering business education seminars, training for local entrepreneurs, and different partnerships with interested private enterprises to employ qualified personnel, we work to establish personal empowerment and opportunity resilience.
