PAAJAF (Providing Adolescents and Adults Jobs for Advancement in Future) is a small but very ambitious NGO. Our objective is to end the cycle of poverty that perpetuates in Ghana through educational programs for children, youth and adults. The organization’s main purpose is to provide quality education not only for underprivileged children and youth, but also to extend the programs benefit to their families.
We believe that education is the only permanent answer that will enable entire communities to fulfill their dreams with dignity.

PAAJAF’s mission is to improve the living conditions of those in our community through the power of education and community engagement.
At PAAJAF we have strong ethical values that guide all our programs. We apply our values by utilizing the skills and experiences of our staff, of our volunteers, and the support from our sponsors to provide children a good quality education and youth job training for future advancement.
We believe that any barrier can be overcome and should not prevent a person from realizing future aspirations.
We believe that education is the tool to empower needy communities in Gbawe by helping them acquire skills needed to alleviate poverty and gain upward mobility.
